We do extensive research whenever we get a new client. Not only do we read your materials but we find out who your competitors are, review their websites, follow their social feeds and read industry trade journals. Regardless of the industry, we come prepared to discuss your needs to create the materials you need.

What makes you qualified to help? While no two sets of circumstances are completely alike, our team has spent most of our time on the client side. We've had responsibility for corporate marketing and communications and has been accountable for demonstrating ROI. We know what it's like to juggle the changing priorities inherent in the job. Over the past decade, there has been an explosion of new communication channels and most marketing and communications departments are simply trying to keep up. Resources are stretched as everyone tries to do more with less. Our team has worked with sales teams to revamp pitch decks, create collateral and prospecting emails, respond to RFPs, design websites, write annual reports, press releases and social media content, plan client advisory council meetings, and write and produce internal communications. Regardless of the medium, every piece we create will reflect your brand and its core messages. We have helped companies reposition their brands so that there is consistency in style, tone and messaging. Beyond creating brand style guidelines and beautiful accompanying pieces, we’ve worked directly with sales teams, call centers and client service representatives to make sure that they also understand the brand, its attributes and its positioning so that they can best market the company's services with every interaction. We have experience working with start-up companies and Fortune 500 companies alike, and we work wiith every level of employee from CEOs to the individual contributors to write meaningful content to help impact new business wins and growth goals. We look forward to working with you!
